Payouts and protection
Money is held until the work is done.
Fans pay MySpecial.App, and we hold the money until you deliver. If you do not, the fan is refunded in full without having to ask. That makes it easier for a fan to pay someone they know only online.
- Fan pays Confirmed by the payment gateway, never by a screenshot.
- Held Nothing is released until you reply.

Fans get a full refund, automatically
- A paid DM that gets no reply within 48 hours, or that you decline.
- A custom request you decline or do not answer within 48 hours, or do not deliver by the due date.
- A service not delivered within its listed turnaround.
- A locked post removed for breaking the rules within 24 hours of purchase.
Refunds are always for the whole order. After an order completes, a fan has 24 hours to report a problem, which our team reviews. Tips are not refundable.

Questions creators ask
How much does it cost?
There is no monthly fee. On each sale we keep a platform fee of 10% plus 18% GST on that fee, and you receive the rest. On a ₹100 order the fee is ₹10, the GST is ₹1.80 and you receive ₹88.20. Payment gateway costs are included.
When do I get paid?
Your share of each order is held for 7 days after that order completes. It is then paid by bank transfer to your verified bank account. Your dashboard shows what is on hold, what is cleared and each payout with its bank reference.
When does an order count as complete?
A paid DM completes when you reply. A locked post or a tip completes at once. A custom request completes when the fan accepts your delivery, or 72 hours after you deliver. A service completes when you mark it delivered with proof.
What happens if I cannot deliver?
Decline the order and the fan is refunded in full automatically. The same happens if a paid DM gets no reply within 48 hours, if a custom request is not answered within 48 hours or not delivered by its due date, or if a service is not delivered within its turnaround. Refunds are always for the whole order.
Can a fan ask for a refund after I deliver?
A fan can report a problem within 24 hours of an order completing. Our support team reviews it and decides. Tips cannot be reported or refunded by request.
What can I sell?
Paid DMs, locked posts (photos, videos, audio or files), custom requests at a fixed price, services with a set turnaround, and tips. Prices go from ₹10 to ₹50,000.
What is not allowed?
Nudity or sexual content of any kind, escort or dating services, investment tips from anyone not registered to give them, and betting or gambling. Asking fans to pay outside MySpecial.App is not allowed either. The content policy has the full list.
Who can become a creator?
Anyone in India who is 18 or older and can complete identity verification: PAN, an ID check, a selfie match and a bank account in their own name. You can set up your page while verification is pending, but you can sell only once it passes.
How do I get the verified badge?
The badge appears when your identity verification has passed and you have confirmed an Instagram or YouTube handle by adding a short code to its bio.
Do my fans need an app or an account?
No app. Your page opens in any phone browser, including inside Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram. Fans confirm they are 18 or older, and sign in with their phone number and a one-time code only when they pay.
How do fans pay?
By UPI, card or netbanking through a secure hosted checkout. An order is confirmed only when the payment gateway confirms the payment, never from a screenshot. Card details never touch MySpecial.App.
Can fans message me for free?
No. Every message from a fan is a paid DM. Once a fan has paid in a thread, you can keep writing there; a follow-up from the fan is a new paid DM.
Can I change my username?
Yes, once every 30 days. Usernames use lowercase letters and numbers only. Your old link keeps redirecting to your page for 90 days.
Can fans download or screenshot my content?
Unlocked media carries a watermark that identifies the buyer, videos are streamed and cannot be downloaded from the page, and media hides when the tab is not in view. Screenshots and screen recordings cannot be prevented by any website, and we will not pretend otherwise.
